A. Although the surface temperature of this product is set high, between 70 and 80°C, the risk of burns is very low. The heat lasts but there is no risk of burns, even if the user touches the product for a while.. Consequently, children and elderly people can safely use this product. The product has obtained the European CE, the Japanese PSE, and RoHS certifications, as well as the Korean electrical safety certification and electromagnetic wave certification, and so consumers can use this product safely. The users should use it upright like a folding screen, and if the user lays it down or puts it on the floor, the power cuts off.

A. Although the user feels hot when a general electric heating appliance is placed near them and cold when it is placed far from them, customer satisfaction is very high due to the function which enables warm far-infrared heat to continue, if the heater is located near the user. By using a carbon heating element, that is different from general thermal plates like linoleum, the heating temperature has been raised so the user can be adequately satisfied even without making contact with the heater. A. There is a 2-level high/low temperature control function. The high temperature is kept at 70~80°C, and the low temperature is maintained at 50~60°C.

A. The current product can use only 220V, and the product that can be used overseas at 110V is manufactured separately. 

A. Many batteries need to be used to generate heat from the heater, and therefore it is much more expensive. Although it is not impossible, it is though that there will be little demand for battery-operated products in terms of efficiency, cost, weight, and volume.
